Scope - Each and Every Product listed on our Website are covered under Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation By Company
Though it is very unfortunate, yet there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantity available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
In such case, Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of our order is canceled. If your order is canceled after an amount has been charged from your account, the said amount will be reversed back in your account within next 15 working days.
Cancellation By Customer
If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, TToys allows and help its customers to process cancellation with ease.
Steps you need to follow for the registration of the Cancellation Request is as follows -
- Please contact our Customer Service @ +91-7358498220 in case you wish to cancel the order.
- On confirmation of the cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been processed by us.
- We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped. In some cases, this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
- TToys does not charge any processing fee for cancellations.
