Return Policy

Only items bought at the MRP are eligible for return. The items returned must be in unused or unwashed conditions. If the product has a manufacturing fault, only then, it will be accepted for return. For the return to take place, customers may follow the right method, which is by completing the “Exchange & Return Form” published on the website.

Kindly email us and give the correct information about the products you want to return, prior to the process, so that we can keep a track of your requirements and carry on the process, smoothly.

TToys reserves the right to determine whether a product actually has a manufacturing defect and whether it is eligible for return. If considered faulty, we will take care of the return process as soon as possible for your convenience.

Kindly Note-
· TToys is not responsible for a delay in delivery


· A copy of the bill and your postage receipt is mandatory for the return process. We will take care of the postage charges in case the product is identified as faulty


· TToys will not be responsible for the loss of any product. We, therefore, request you to kindly use the services of a reputed postal company to avoid such inconvenience


· If canceled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

· If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

·Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7 working days.)
